AI took away one job

Hello!

Last month I started a long conversation with a lead that came in via Relay.app.

They wanted to eliminate a manual job of extracting information from 100s of PDF files to run a monthly rent roll report.

This is a short story of how I helped them eliminate one mundane, but laborious job using AI.

Or did I make it easier?
